Enterprise platforms.
Consumer products.
One engineering standard.

Anithra Solutions builds and operates six products across commerce, embedded finance, real estate and health — selling infrastructure to businesses and apps to the people who use them. The same teams, the same bar, on both sides.

Anithra Enterprise · B2B

Platforms for the people who run the business.

Three products sold to operators, each born from a client engagement where the off-the-shelf answer did not exist. They are licensed, implemented and supported by the team that wrote them.

Anithra Consumer · B2C

Apps people keep on the first screen.

Consumer products we fund, own and operate. Held to the same standard as the enterprise work — because a wallet that drops a transaction and a warehouse system that drops an order fail the same way.

Services

Or bring us the problem, and we build it with you.

Six practices, one delivery model. Teams are staffed from people already on our payroll — we do not recruit against your contract after you sign it.

Product engineering

Full-lifecycle teams that take a product from first sketch to a released, instrumented, supported thing customers pay for.

  • Discovery, prototyping and technical due diligence
  • Web and mobile builds on Next.js, React Native and native SDKs
  • Design systems that survive contact with a growing team
  • Release engineering, observability and on-call handover

Enterprise platforms

Commerce, payments and operations platforms for organisations where downtime and reconciliation errors are measured in currency.

  • Composable commerce and marketplace architecture
  • ERP, CRM and warehouse integration with replayable pipelines
  • Legacy modernisation with strangler-fig migration paths
  • Performance engineering against agreed p95 budgets

Cloud & platform engineering

Infrastructure you can reason about: reproducible, observable, cost-aware, and boring in the way production should be.

  • AWS, GCP and Azure landing zones as infrastructure-as-code
  • Kubernetes, autoscaling and progressive delivery
  • FinOps review — most engagements cut cloud spend 20–40%
  • DR design with tested, timed recovery objectives

Data & applied AI

Models in production, not in a slide deck. We build the pipeline, the evaluation harness and the guardrails alongside them.

  • Warehouse and lakehouse builds with contract-tested pipelines
  • Retrieval systems and LLM features with real evaluation suites
  • Forecasting, pricing and risk models with monitored drift
  • Governance, lineage and access control from day one

Quality & security

Independent assurance — because the team that wrote the code is rarely the team that should sign off on it.

  • Automated regression suites in CI with flake budgets
  • Load, soak and chaos testing against stated SLOs
  • Threat modelling, secure code review and dependency governance
  • SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness programmes

Managed services

Long-term ownership of the systems we build — or the ones you inherited — under a contracted SLA with named engineers.

  • 24×7 monitoring with follow-the-sun on-call rotations
  • Named engineers, not an anonymous ticket queue
  • Quarterly roadmap and technical-debt reviews
  • Transparent SLAs with credits that actually apply
How we work

No surprises after signature.

Every engagement follows the same five stages. Scope, cost and risk are written down before anyone opens an editor — and revisited in the open when reality disagrees.

Typical first step

Two-week diagnostic

USD 6,000–12,000, fixed. You receive an architecture record, a risk register and a costed plan — yours to keep, and to hand to another firm if you prefer.

Scope a diagnostic
01

Diagnose

A paid two-week engagement: we read the code, interview the operators and write down what is actually true — including the parts that make the project smaller.

2 weeks
02

Architect

Target architecture, migration sequence, team shape, risk register and a costed plan. You own the output whether or not you continue with us.

2–3 weeks
03

Build

Two-week iterations against a public board. Working software in a real environment from iteration one — never a demo branch.

Ongoing
04

Harden

Load, security and accessibility testing against the numbers agreed at architecture. Nothing ships on a promise it will be fixed later.

2–4 weeks
05

Operate

Runbooks, on-call and quarterly reviews — or a documented handover to your team with the knowledge transfer actually completed.

Continuous

Every stage produces something you keep — an architecture record, a costed plan, a running environment. If you stop after stage two, you still own the work.

Operating principles

Four things we do not trade away.

These are load-bearing. They are why some deals we lose and why the ones we win tend to renew.

01

Own the outcome, not the ticket

We are accountable for whether the thing works in production for real users — not for whether a card moved to done.

02

Say the inconvenient thing early

A scope problem raised in week two is a conversation. The same problem raised in month five is a dispute. We choose the conversation.

03

Build for the fifth year

Most of a system's cost arrives after launch. We optimise for the engineer who inherits it, not the demo that wins the meeting.

04

Measure, then claim

Performance, uptime and savings are stated as measured numbers against a named baseline, or they are not stated at all.

Global by design

Local contracting. One delivery organisation.

Sign with a US, UK or Indian entity, invoice in your currency, and choose the governing law your legal team is comfortable with — while the engineering runs as a single team.

Questions

The things procurement always asks.

If yours is not here, ask it directly — we answer commercial and technical questions in writing.

Yes — the majority of our revenue comes from the United States, the United Kingdom and the EU. We contract through Anithra Solutions Inc. (Delaware) and Anithra Solutions UK Ltd (England & Wales), so you get a local contracting entity, local invoicing and a governing-law choice your legal team is comfortable with.

Let's find out whether we're a fit.

Thirty minutes with an engineer who has shipped this before — not a salesperson reading a deck. You leave with a straight answer about scope, cost and timeline, whether or not you work with us.
